The original staircase just didn’t work — it was narrow and lacked character. I repositioned it to run along the length of the home, widened the steps, and added a sleek metal railing for a modern touch. A stone wall brings in texture and personality, while the dark brown paint enhances its natural beauty. I kept the focus on the stone siding and added simple, low-maintenance shrubs to complement the home. Warm interior lighting makes this space feel inviting.

Who says you can't update a brick home? I love brick, it's such a solid structure. This home doesn't need much to bring it back to life.

What this home needed the most was some contrast. I took the dark red brick color and freshened it up, added some depth with black windows, door, and trim, then created more texture by adding the white faux stone to the bottom of the house. The staircase just needed a new paint job to pull it all together. Again, low maintenance with the landscaping. The original shows the lamp post and I would definitely keep that but just give it a good coat of black paint and restore the glass. The interior does need work, but the woodwork is incredible and definitely worth the investment.
